SHIPPING

  • For orders worth more 2 000 CZK, delivery is free.

  • The usual delivery time is 2 - 3 days from the day we receive the payment.

  • As part of the Satisfaction Guarantee program, customers can request re-sending, voucher repayment or refund if the shipment is not delivered within 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • We take great care in properly packing your items so that they reach you in perfect condition. 

  • Orders are shipped primarily via the Czech post office, but depending on the inquiry of the customer, orders can be shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

  • We currently offer recommended delivery by the Czech post office for 80 CZK for all CR based orders. For International orders, we always discuss the price of shipping in advance with the customer. 

  • Shipping costs vary by the final destination zones and the weight of the package.

  • If you chose standard shipping for your order, please be aware we are not responsible for non-receipt of goods.

  • If goods are not delivered due to an incorrect or old address or are undeliverable for any other reason, we are not responsible for the non-receipt of your goods. 

  • Since we are trying to leave a small carbon footprint, we will not be including paper invoices. If you prefer to have one sent with your order, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you!

  • Please note: all necklaces and bracelets are made by hand and may be different from the photos.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • In case you are not completely satisfied, you may return items provided the following requirements are met:

  1. you notify us within 7 days of delivery of an item that you intend to return

  2. you return the item in original or equivalent standard packaging

  3. the item is unused and in a new and saleable condition

  4. the return is made within 14 days of delivery

  • We will offer a replacement item if available or cash. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

  • If you receive an item that has been damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a replacement, if available, or refund the total cost of purchase.

  • For damaged goods, a refund or replacement will be offered, along with the cost of the return postage, once the item has been returned to us.
